FAQ
Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't answered here, send us an enquiry — we're happy to talk it through before you book anything.
Do I need a consultation before booking treatment?
Yes. Every new client begins with a full consultation, whether standalone or as the first part of a treatment appointment. We never treat without one.
Is Chelsea qualified and insured?
Yes. Chelsea is a Registered Nurse with the NMC and holds full indemnity insurance. Her qualifications and registration details are listed on the Meet the Team page.
Can you guarantee results?
No reputable clinic can guarantee specific results, and we won't claim to. Every treatment plan is discussed honestly, including realistic expectations and possible outcomes, during consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Please see your booking confirmation for full details.
Do you offer treatments to under-18s?
No. With very limited clinically-justified exceptions, we only treat clients aged 18 and over.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
That's exactly what your consultation is for. You can book a standalone consultation as an unhurried starting point if you're not sure where to begin — and the consultation fee is deducted from your treatment price.
What happens if I have a reaction or concern after treatment?
You'll be given clear aftercare guidance and a direct contact number after every treatment. Please get in touch immediately if you have any concerns.
